You can create custom email addresses and use them with apps on your iPhone.

If you’re still stuck on iOS 14, it’s time to upgrade to iOS 15 from Settings > General > Software Update.

2nd step: Go to iCloud, then open the Hide My Email menu.

Stop forwarding emails to your primary inbox
Random emails you generated using Sign in with Apple and Hide my mail menu are set to forward to your main inbox. However, you can easily change the behavior if you feel you are getting too many emails from them. Here’s how.
Step 1: Open the Settings app.
2nd step: Go to Profile > iCloud > Hide My Mail Menu.
Step 3: Select the email id whose emails you want to stop in your primary inbox.
Step 4: Disable forwarding to toggle and you will no longer receive new emails from the created custom email id.
Delete personalized email addresses
Power users will appreciate the ability to create random email addresses on the go. You could end up creating dozens of such addresses in a short time. Once you have reached your goal, you can always disable/remove the personalized email address from the Hide My Email menu.
Follow the steps below.
Step 1: Open iPhone Settings and go to Account menu > iCloud.
2nd step: Select Hide my email and scroll down to the email label. Unfortunately, there is no search button to quickly access the created email address.
Step 3: Tap the appropriate email label.
Step 4: Tap Disable email address and confirm your decision.
The email address created will stop receiving emails sent to that address. You can re-enable it from the Inactive Addresses section.
You’ll find the Disable Addresses menu at the very bottom in the Hide My Email section.
