Nissan Navara X-Gear Edition Unveiled With Custom Design Scheme


The Nissan navara The X-Gear Edition was revealed exclusively for the South American market as a limited supply. The special model has a number of unique styling cues and a number of standard features.

Limited to just 500 units in Brazil and 250 in Argentina, the Nissan Navara X-Gear showcases the aggressive look and differentiated aesthetics of the double cab bakkie. Unique styling cues consist of a black mask in the headlights, black body paint with red detailing, and a pair of glossy black fog light frames.

An additional distinction is made by the hood, the rear bedspread and the new side moldings on the doors. In addition, the Nissan Navara X-Gear comes with 18-inch alloy wheels, a roof rack and a side step. A bespoke grille, exterior mirror frame with exclusive details and door handles with a glossy black finish complete the exclusive offering.

The Nissan Navara X-Gear is powered by the brand’s 2.3-liter bi-turbodiesel four-cylinder engine which delivers 140 kW and 450 Nm of torque to the 4 × 4 system via a seven-speed automatic transmission. Standard safety features include traction and stability control via VDC, ABS and EBD with brake assist, hill descent control and hill start assist. A key feature of the cabin is the Zero Gravity seats which take inspiration from technology developed by NASA to eliminate fatigue and improve operator comfort.
